Women on the Worldstage not only recognizes the contributions many of the women giving of themselves everyday, but we celebrate and honor these contributors with the Unsung She-Roes Awards & Gala.

Home of the Annual Trailblazers & Unsung She-Roes Awards Gala: "Like The Oscars for Women In Ministry"
The Trailblazers & Unsung She-Roes Awards Gala which is a time to celebrate and honor those unsung women who are our everyday she-roes for their courageous, caring, and consistent contributions to our communities as well as recognizing and acknowledging the professional Work of Women This event, held annually, is set aside to recognize those who recognize the needs of others throughout the year.
Legacy: The R.E.A.L. Black Women In Ministry THRIVE Initiative
We allow for international, intergenerational, interesting impartation and restoration for next level implementation. The R.E.A.L. Black Women in Ministry Thrive Initiative is the first of its kind for promoting legacy through advancement and placement of Black women in ministry professions. The initiative, working in conjunction with Union Baptist Church of Harlem and the Lilly Endowment, prepares another generation of professional Black Women Leaders.
