Women On The Worldstage (W.O.W.), Inc. empowers, equips, and aims to enhance women leaders, community caregivers and professionals around the world. W.O.W. celebrates and recognizes women in  multifaceted roles, positions and careers worldwide for all their accomplishments and contributions to the world.

A 501 c 3 not-for profit, tax-exempt organization formed to empower, to equip, advocate for, advance and enhance women leaders around the world. Founded under Section 402 of the nonprofit law, April 19, NYS.

(W.O.W) Inc. hosts two signature events, the internationally sought after SELAH by the SEA Retreat (a premiere self-care and wellness retreat for Black Women Leaders Worldwide) as well as the Trailblazers and UnSung Sheroes "Community Champions Who Care" Awards Gala.
