We are a 501 c 3 not-for profit, tax-exempt organization formed to empower, to equip, advocate for, advance and enhance women leaders around the world.
Women On The Worldstage is founded under Section 402 of the nonprofit law, April 19, NYS.
Women On The Worldstage is the Home of the T.U.S.H. Awards & Gala: Recognizing and Acknowledging the work of Female Faith Leaders who often go unnoticed.
Host of the internationally sought after SELAH BY THE SEA Retreat, an annual faith-based, self-care and wellness transformation retreat for servant/community leaders to rest, be refreshed, and renewed.
Women On The Worldstage provides leadership development for enhancing, empowering, equipping, and advancing Female Faith Leaders.
The need to address Emphasis on Exposure to Technology Careers as well as Empowering Black Female Faith Leaders to support the educational journeys of their congregants and community members have become new focus areas of the organization. During recent Selah retreats we've discovered the need to expand our focus to include the Woman's total health and wellness which encompasses creating pathways for them to explore technology as well as pursue technical careers in addition to equipping them with the tools and resources needed to support the educational journeys of their congregants and community members.
Additionally through the Lilly Endowment in conjunction with Union Baptist Church of Harlem, Women On The Worldstage fosters the advancement and placement of Black women in ministry through The R.E.A.L. Black Women In Ministry THRIVE Initiative. This initiative is the first of its kind providing events, learning and shared experiences for the wellness and care of mind, body, and soul, as well as the professional wellness of women leaders.
Women on the Worldstage and Ambassador Suzan "Sujay" Johnson Cook would like to remain connected with you!
